Staff Augmentation

We provide traditional IT staff augmentation services as well as employee payrolling services.  With staff augmentation a client develops a description of the project or work to be performed, the skills required to work on the project, the anticipated length of the project and the hourly rate range that the client expects to pay for the individual. We search for the best person possible based on this information, qualify the applicants, check their references and present the candidates to our client. We’ll coordinate and schedule interviews, arrange for transportation and most importantly, once you hire our candidate and they begin working we’ll be responsible for federal and state payroll taxes, health benefits and workers compensation.

Payroll Services

If your company would like to be relieved of the responsibility of paying temporary workers directly, contact us and we’ll show you how American Contract Services can do this for you.  We’ll be responsible for paying all applicable state and federal payroll taxes and we’ll make sure your temporary employees are paid correctly and on time. We’ve worked with companies who have asked us to payroll one temporary employee or an entire team of existing temporary employees.
