Contractor Information
American Contract Services work with W2 hourly contract employees
and with valid U.S corporate entities on a corporation to corporation
basis.
On Contract:
W2 Hourly
W2 consultants are hourly employees of American Contract Services
and you are paid for every hour that you work. You’re paid
on a NET 14 day basis which means after 14 days you are paid weekly.
At the completion of your contract you would receive two more paychecks.
You have the option of having your check mailed to you or using
a direct deposit option. Benefits for W2 hourly employees

Employer Sponsored Health Plan
HMO Blue Plan offered by Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
Plan benefits begin after 90 day wait period
Company co-pay of 1/2 of individual premium, 1/3 of family premium.
401(k) Plan with Employer Match
W2 hourly employees are eligible to participate in the company
401(k) plan after 12 months of continuous employment. Please contact
us for more details on 401(k)plan benefits, and enrollment dates.
Section 125 Cafeteria Plan
A "Section 125 Cafeteria Plan", often referred to as
a "Flexible Spending Account", helps you keep more of
your paycheck by reducing your Federal and state taxes. It allows
you to pay certain expenses before taxes are deducted from your
paycheck. These expenses include daycare and medical premiums.
MASS Rides
The Mass Ride plan enables employers to allow employees to set
aside pre-tax dollars to purchase transit passes and pay vanpool
fares up to $115 per month, and to cover qualified parking costs,
up to $220 per month per employee. Please contact us for more

On Contract:
Corporations
American Contract Services works with valid U.S.
corporate entities on a corporation to corporation basis.
We will pay a corporate entity for every hour an employee of that
corporation works at our client site. There are no benefits associated
with this arrangement. In order to qualify for payment as a corporation
the corporation must:
- Provide articles of incorporation verifying the status of the
corporation
- Provide evidence of liability insurance
- Provide proof of Workers Comp Insurance
- Provide documentation relative to any employees who will be
working at our client sites
